ShowPro Email Automation

A private, operator-controlled mailer that uses the Gmail API to send approved transactional and business email from an authorized ShowPro mailbox.

What the application does

Sends outbound messages only after an authorized ShowPro operator initiates or approves them.
Uses the minimum Gmail permission required: gmail.send.
Does not read, modify, delete, or download Gmail messages, contacts, or mailbox history.
Does not provide third parties with access to Google user data.

Authorization and control

Google OAuth is used to authorize a specific ShowPro mailbox. The mailbox owner reviews Google's consent screen and may revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Sending remains disabled until the operator has completed authorization and deliverability checks.

Google user data

The application uses Google authorization data only to perform the email-sending function described above. Details about credential storage, retention, deletion, sharing, and Google API Limited Use compliance are provided in our Privacy Policy.
